PLEASE NOTE :Â You have the option to return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the item is used/opened and you still want to return it and get a refund.
Easy Return Process: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please make sure to include this number on the package when returning the product.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions: Please note that certain products may be subject to specific return policies due to their nature. For example, if you would like to return and refund special order items ( items which we have specifically ordered for you ) , a 20% restocking fee will be applied, this charge is necessary because in such cases, we may need to send back the items to the supplier, and there are associated costs involved from the suppliers. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
